Year Three and Year Six have been working hard this year and would like to share with you what we have learned so far.

 

Do you think your lifestyle is healthy? Here are some tips for you to follow.

 

You can eat junk food as a treat but it is unhealthy for you to eat junk food too often.

Eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.

Giving your children sweets and chocolate for their snack every day will be bad for their teeth and health.

If you drink milk your bones will grow very strong because it contains lots of calcium.

Too much salt on your food is bad for your heart.
