Croeso i Flwyddyn 3

Welcome to the Year 3 Class Page

We've had a fantastic start to our new school year and it's been wonderful to welcome Year 3, and be able to get to know them!

Over the course of Autumn Term much of our learning will be inspired and guided by our Humanities-focused topic 'We Came, We Saw , We Conquered'. Throughout our study of this topic we'll explore the conflict and cooperation that arose from the Roman Invasion of Britain, particularly our home country of Wales.

Though grounded firmly in Humanities, 'We Came, We Saw, We Conquered' will offer our learners plentiful rich and authentic opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills across all areas of learning, from Literacy to Expressive Arts to Health and Wellbeing.

Below you'll find some examples of the over-arching topic planning that will inform our learning over the coming weeks, and please don't hesitate to get in touch if you feel you can offer some expertise or ideas to help bring this topic to life!
